Download the return form and include it with your return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and a tracking code must be emailed to us / record kept of receipt with tracking. 3. For a full credit to be granted for your item, it must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, in original packaging/saleable condition without markings or any tampering of original product. Note: We are not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. If a return is received after 30 days without consent, a 15% restocking fee applies and only a credit note will be given for the return. If the return is damaged in any way including packaging it will not be salable and an invoice will be charged for full fee of product plus 15% admin fee charged payable within 14 days.

Our warehouse is located in Sydney Metro area, so shipping will be faster if you are within Sydney. We process orders fast within 2 - 24 hrs, depending on the time of day you order.

What is the manufacturers warranty?

SPC Physio Shop guarantees all products in accordance with the Manufacturer's Warranty, as long as the products have been used following the provided user instructions. These warranties cover both the components and materials used in making the product. Keep in mind that warranties won't apply to issues arising from improper usage, mistakes by the user, using the product beyond the manufacturer's specifications, or beyond its intended purpose. It's crucial to adhere to the maintenance and cleaning guidelines to maintain the validity of the warranties. For more information about warranties on the products in our collection, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. If a purchaser identifies a faulty product within the warranty period, they should promptly contact Customer Service with details about the issue and provide the invoice information. Please note that products without invoice details won't be eligible for warranty coverage.

I have been treated by Chelsea, Paolo and Hayden. I can say without doubt all three are great at what they do. The latest episode I got some dry needling and mobilisations which was very effective in helping me with my neck spasm. They also practice with their hands doing manual therapy techniques which is getting rare in Sydney, Australia.
