All parcels are sent out from our Sydney warehouse. Only limited stock is available at our clinics. Our clinics are not a brick and mortar shop and stock are generally only available for patients needing the stock during appointments. Please order online if you don’t have an appointment.
Deliveries within Same city Sydney & NSW
Estimated delivery from Sydney to metro areas & within NSW (estimate 1-5 business days depending on location).
National Deliveries
Estimated delivery from Sydney to national & capital city areas (estimate 3-7 business days depending on location)
Deliveries to regional locations & remote WA and NT
Estimated delivery from Sydney to these remote areas (estimate 7-14 Business days depending on location).
- Orders placed on a weekend will be processed, packed & posted when we open on a Monday. All orders are processed within 24 hours for fast delivery.
- We are closed on public holidays & so are the couriers and Post office. If you order during a public holiday or long weekend, your postal service will take longer to deliver to you, so please keep this in mind. If your order is urgent during this time please select Express Shipping or email us to see if you can pick up from one of our clinics.
- Parcels under 500g *No PO Boxes, due to our Authority to leave courier service for flat rate shipping.
Australia Post offer Signature on delivery Registered Post gives you more security on your package. A signature will be required on delivery, if your package is not signed for upon delivery, it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You will receive an email with your parcels unique tracking number. (Sometimes, these go to your junk box so please check).
We take no responsibility for your parcel once you receive your tracking number. Please use your tracking number on the Sendle website http://www.sendle.com or Australia Post http://austpost.com.au to track your order. It is up to the customer to contact Sendle or Aust. Post if you are having any issues.
If you would prefer to have insurance, please contact us via email info@sydneyphysioclinic.com.au to arrange before we send out your package.
Returns Policy
Please check sizing carefully where appropriate as all items purchased on sale or discounted stock cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Non sale items that have not been worn or used, still in the original packaging with their labels intact may be refunded or exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of customer receipt date. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds on full priced items can be issued with a full refund minus delivery.
