Shipping within Australia:
Below 500g – EXPRESS POST VIA Australia Post –$10.95 FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE – (1-3 business days for delivery)
Over 500g – Signature on delivery with tracking via Sendle.com- $10.95 FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE – (estimated 3-7 business days for delivery depending on location)
Orders over $100 AUD within Australia receive free shipping.
Parcels over 500g *No PO Boxes, due to our courier service that requires signature on delivery.
Signature on delivery Registered Post gives you more security on your package. A signature will be required on delivery, if your package is not signed for upon delivery, it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You will receive an email with your parcels unique tracking number. (Sometimes, these go to your junk box so please check). We take no responsibility for your parcel once you receive your tracking number. Please use your tracking number on the Sendle website http://www.sendle.com or Australia Post http://austpost.com.au to track your order. It is up to the customer to contact Sendle or Aust. Post if you are having any issues.
If you would prefer to have insurance, please contact us via email email@example.com to arrange before we send out your package.
Please check sizing carefully where appropriate as all items purchased on sale or discounted stock cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Non sale items that have not been worn or used, still in the original packaging with their labels intact may be refunded or exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of customer receipt date. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds on full priced items can be issued with a full refund minus delivery.
