At Sydney Physio Clinic we have a HICAPS terminal for fast claims and on the spot processing of any private health insurance cover you may have. Meaning you simply swipe your health fund card and simply pay any remaining balance. Alternately you can pay our physio clinic fees by card, or cash at the end of each visit and claim any rebate back in your own time.

If your Doctor has referred you for physiotherapy treatment under Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management Plan scheme, then payment of our clinic fees is made after each visit. Following payment your receipt can either be taken to Medicare where you can claim your rebate, or we can process your rebate onsite. The Medicare schedule fee for allied health services including physiotherapy services includes a Medicare rebate of $56.

Physio Service Providers

At Sydney Physio Clinic we invoice claims separately for any physiotherapy services provided under the following schemes;

• WorkCover NSW 
• Motor Accidents Authority Scheme NSW claims
• as well as Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Once we have confirmation of a valid claim, and claim number Sydney Physio Clinic will bill your insurer the appropriate clinic fees directly. Until appropriate confirmation is obtained, physiotherapy services will be billed privately at the time of service.

Please Note:

• We do not invoice for Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management Plan schemes or any of our private consultations, all payments must be made in full at the time of your consultation.  At Sydney Physio Clinic payment can be made by EFTPOS, and credit card we currently accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
