The ProCare Post-Op Shoe is a medical shoe used to protect the foot and toes after surgery or injury. Combining a Post-Surgical Shoe with the Evenup Shoe Balancer allows for accelerated, protected healing. The Evenup is proven to be effective in reducing hip, back, & knee pain when walking around in a post-op shoe for extended periods. Fits either left, or right foot and is easily adjustable to correct for varying post-op shoe heights.

A post surgical shoe is a medical shoe used to protect the foot and toes after surgery or injury. The rigid sole shoe, with a rocker style base works to help keep your foot in the proper location. Therefore allowing for pressure reduction following injury or surgery, and is the key component of our Foot Injury Recovery Set.

Originally developed by two Podiatrists in Florida the Evenup Shoe Balancer worn on the non-injured leg is easily fitted over your existing shoe. And in doing so, it goes a long way in helping solve the temporary leg length problem created by a higher set Post-Op Shoe.

Steps To Complete A Return With 30 days:

2. Download the return form and include it with your return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and a tracking code must be emailed to us / record kept of receipt with tracking.

3. For a full credit to be granted for your item, it must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, in original packaging/saleable condition without markings or any tampering of original product.

Note: We are not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. If a return is received after 30 days without consent, a 15% restocking fee applies and only a credit note will be given for the return. If the return is damaged in any way including packaging it will not be salable and an invoice will be charged for full fee of product plus 15% admin fee charged payable within 14 days.

Steps To Return A Faulty Item:

1. Read below to ensure you qualify and email us within 14 days of invoice date info @ Includes photos and full details of fault/damages as these will be sent to the manufacturer for approval.

2. A return label will be emailed to you to return back at no charge for faulty items.

3. A replacement depending on availability, refund or a credit will be issued on your account upon arrival of goods in our warehouse and approval of return.

Note: No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is faulty and under warranty. No returns or exchanges on items that are used, unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
