Carbon fiber inserts are sold as a pair and come with a soft same size insert suitable for use above the rigid insole.
Reversible inserts fit either right or the left shoe. Adjusted by simply flipping it over.
Designed to be used in your shoe, slipped under your original removable insole, or orthotic.
Made in Japan and constructed with lightweight 3K twill weave carbon fiber made in Japan. These inserts are 3-4 times lighter than steel plates.
