These extra rigid insoles are designed to provide ultimate stiffness to your shoe. Choose these insoles if you’re suffering from forefoot or mid foot arthritis pain, recovering from a broken toe, Morton’s neuroma, turf toe… Or, if recommended by your treating medical practitioner.

  • Carbon fiber inserts are sold as a pair and come with a soft same size insert used above the rigid insole. .
  • Reversible inserts that can fit either the right or the left shoe, by simply flipping it over.
  • Designed to be used in your shoe, slipped under your original removable insole, or orthotic.

Lightweight

Constructed with extremely lightweight 3K twill weave carbon fiber made in Japan. These inserts are 3-4 times lighter than steel plates, and they don’t damage shoes (or rust) as steel plates tend to do.  These rigid carbon fiber insoles are only 1.8 mm thick, yet strong and durable.

And can be used for recovery from a variety of injuries including turf toe, chronic foot injuries, metatarsal stress fractures, arthritis pain and broken toes. In some situations they enable the wearer to transition out of a post op shoe, or moon boot quicker following injury by providing comparable stiffness to the forefoot. Use of carbon fiber insoles as a transition from, or alternative to a Moon Boot or Post Op Shoe must be under the guidance of your treating practitioner.

Returns

Steps To Complete A Return With 30 days:

1. Read below to ensure you qualify or email us if you have any questions info @ sydneyphysioclinic.com.au

2. Download the return form and include it with your return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and a tracking code must be emailed to us / record kept of receipt with tracking.

3. For a full credit to be granted for your item, it must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, in original packaging/saleable condition without markings or any tampering of original product.

Note: We are not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. If a return is received after 30 days without consent, a 15% restocking fee applies and only a credit note will be given for the return. If the return is damaged in any way including packaging it will not be salable and an invoice will be charged for full fee of product plus 15% admin fee charged payable within 14 days.

Steps To Return A Faulty Item:

1. Read below to ensure you qualify and email us within 14 days of invoice date info @ sydneyphysioclinic.com.au. Includes photos and full details of fault/damages as these will be sent to the manufacturer for approval.

2. A return label will be emailed to you to return back at no charge for faulty items.

3. A replacement depending on availability, refund or a credit will be issued on your account upon arrival of goods in our warehouse and approval of return.

Note: No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is faulty and under warranty. No returns or exchanges on items that are used, unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
