The cushion features a U-shaped rear cutout that helps offload the coccyx by reducing contact in the tailbone region. This design encourages pressure transfer through the surrounding gluteal tissues and upper thighs rather than directly through the sensitive tailbone area. I have been treated by Chelsea, Paolo and Hayden. I can say without doubt all three are great at what they do. The latest episode I got some dry needling and mobilisations which was very effective in helping me with my neck spasm. They also practice with their hands doing manual therapy techniques which is getting rare in Sydney, Australia.
