Download the return form and include it with your return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and a tracking code must be emailed to us / record kept of receipt with tracking. 3. Note: We are not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. If a return is received after 30 days without consent, a 15% restocking fee applies and only a credit note will be given for the return. If the return is damaged in any way including packaging it will not be salable and an invoice will be charged for full fee of product plus 15% admin fee charged payable within 14 days.

SpineAlign Posture Brace

The SpineAlign Posture Brace provides structured upper back support designed to improve posture awareness and assist shoulder alignment during daily activities. Unlike simple elastic posture straps, this brace incorporates a semi-rigid spinal support panel (sometimes referred to as a keel-style support) that helps guide the upper back into a more upright position. The SpineAlign Posture Brace is our most structured posture support option at Sydney Physio Clinic.

Poor posture often develops with prolonged desk work, frequent device use and sedentary routines. Over time, rounded shoulders and increased thoracic flexion may place additional strain on the neck and upper back. The SpineAlign brace therefore provides gentle directional support while still allowing comfortable movement throughout the day.

Structured Spinal Support Panel

The brace includes a central spinal support panel that provides directional guidance along the thoracic spine. As a result, it helps encourage the shoulders to move back toward a more neutral position while maintaining comfort and flexibility.

This design is sometimes described as a keel-style support. In other words, the brace uses a structured central support rather than relying only on elastic tension from the straps.

Adjustable Support for Individual Fit

Equipped with tension adjustable shoulder straps allowing you to customise the level of tightness depending on comfort and support preference. This ribcage strap stabilises the brace and helps keep it positioned correctly during daily use. Because of this design, the brace can be worn during desk work, study, light activity or general daily routines.

Breathable Materials for Daily Wear

The SpineAlign brace uses breathable nylon materials with soft padded sections to help reduce irritation. At the same time, the lightweight construction allows the brace to sit comfortably under clothing if required.

Extended Size Range

Compared with some of our other posture braces, the SpineAlign brace offers an extended sizing range and accommodates rib cage measurements up to 120 cm. As a result, it provides a more inclusive fit and improves comfort for a wider range of body types.

How a Posture Brace Can Help

A posture brace can act as a reminder to maintain a more upright position during daily activities. When used appropriately, it may help reinforce postural awareness while strengthening exercises and movement habits continue to support long-term posture improvement.

What is the manufacturers warranty?

SPC Physio Shop guarantees all products in accordance with the Manufacturer's Warranty, as long as the products have been used following the provided user instructions. These warranties cover both the components and materials used in making the product. Keep in mind that warranties won't apply to issues arising from improper usage, mistakes by the user, using the product beyond the manufacturer's specifications, or beyond its intended purpose. It's crucial to adhere to the maintenance and cleaning guidelines to maintain the validity of the warranties. If a purchaser identifies a faulty product within the warranty period, they should promptly contact Customer Service with details about the issue and provide the invoice information. I have been treated by Chelsea, Paolo and Hayden. I can say without doubt all three are great at what they do. The latest episode I got some dry needling and mobilisations which was very effective in helping me with my neck spasm. They also practice with their hands doing manual therapy techniques which is getting rare in Sydney, Australia.
