Customising Your Footbionics Dual Density Insoles

How to Heat-Mould Your Footbionics Dual Density Insoles
- Place the insole inside your shoe to assist with initial fitting and shaping.
- Using a hairdryer on a low heat setting, gently warm the insole for approximately 2–3 minutes until the surface feels slightly softer.
- Immediately stand in your shoes and apply full weight through your feet for another 2–3 minutes while the insole cools and sets.
- Repeat the process for the second insole if required.
Important Considerations
- Use gentle heat only, excessive heat can damage the insole.
- Always wear socks during the moulding process to protect your feet from heat.
- Put your shoes on straight after heating, as immediate weight-bearing is essential for the foam to mould correctly.
- Avoid delays once the insole is warmed, since the material begins setting quickly.
- Heat-moulding is optional. Insoles will still contour over time with normal wear.
