Paula is passionate about Pilates, in particular the use of the Pilates reformer which we have at the Movement Centre. Finding that incorporating Pilates into your regular exercise routine can assist in achieving well-rounded benefits of movement, especially as we progress through the various stages of life. If appropriate and likely to be a beneficial element of your recovery, Paula is always happy to guide you through a variety of exercises drawing on her Pilates background.
When she’s not treating patients, Paula is busy chauffeuring her kids around to their various sporting and extracurricular activities as many modern-day parents and carer’s do. She also likes to squeeze in some swimming and Pilates reformer classes and on rare occasions watching the latest Netflix box set in her “spare time”.
