The Trizone Elbow Sleeve Provides Targeted Support Without Restricting Movement

The DonJoy Performance Trizone Elbow Sleeve combines the benefits of targeted compression and light bracing in a single, low-profile design. It has been developed to support the elbow joint during everyday activities, repetitive tasks and sporting movements where added stability is required without restricting natural movement. The sleeve is constructed from carbonised bamboo circular knit fabric. This material is naturally breathable, antibacterial and thermally regulating, helping to maintain comfort during prolonged wear. The elastic knit adapts closely to the shape of the arm, creating consistent compression without excessive tightness.

Three-Zone Compression System

Three distinct functional zones surround the elbow. The Stability Zone sits directly over the joint and features strategically placed injected silicone. This provides gentle reinforcement to the joint and enhances proprioception, helping the wearer improve awareness of arm and elbow position during movement. The Compression Zone supports the surrounding muscles and soft tissue, assisting circulation and reducing minor swelling and fatigue associated with overuse. The Comfort Zone uses lighter compression to maintain flexibility and allow a full, natural range of motion.

The Trizone Elbow Sleeve is suitable for people managing mild to moderate conditions such as tendinitis, general elbow soreness, strain from repetitive lifting, or lateral and medial elbow pain commonly referred to as tennis or golfer’s elbow. It can be worn during work, exercise or rehabilitation and may be used alongside a structured physiotherapy program as part of a broader recovery plan.

I have been treated by Chelsea, Paolo and Hayden. I can say without doubt all three are great at what they do. The latest episode I got some dry needling and mobilisations which was very effective in helping me with my neck spasm. They also practice with their hands doing manual therapy techniques which is getting rare in Sydney, Australia.
