At Sydney Physio Clinic all our practitioners use this Premium Kinesio Tape. An elasticised adhesive tape that provides light, comfortable support. Used in practice for a wide range of therapeutic applications. Used for its low allergy adhesive properties. Allowing in many, wearing for up to 5 days without irritation. Constructed from a soft cotton material with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive. Unlike rigid taping k-tape is heat activated giving you time to ensure correct application before bonds to the skin.
Kinesiology tape is easy to remove and quickly dry once wet. So, suitable to still show and for water-based activities. K-tape is successfully used to manage, treat and prevent several pain and sporting conditions including; knee pain, back pain, shin pain, achilles pain, tennis elbow, postural pain, rotator cuff injury…

Returns

Steps To Complete A Return With 30 days:

1. Read below to ensure you qualify or email us if you have any questions info @ sydneyphysioclinic.com.au

2. Download the return form and include it with your return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and a tracking code must be emailed to us / record kept of receipt with tracking.

3. For a full credit to be granted for your item, it must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, in original packaging/saleable condition without markings or any tampering of original product.

Note: We are not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. If a return is received after 30 days without consent, a 15% restocking fee applies and only a credit note will be given for the return. If the return is damaged in any way including packaging it will not be salable and an invoice will be charged for full fee of product plus 15% admin fee charged payable within 14 days.

Steps To Return A Faulty Item:

1. Read below to ensure you qualify and email us within 14 days of invoice date info @ sydneyphysioclinic.com.au. Includes photos and full details of fault/damages as these will be sent to the manufacturer for approval.

2. A return label will be emailed to you to return back at no charge for faulty items.

3. A replacement depending on availability, refund or a credit will be issued on your account upon arrival of goods in our warehouse and approval of return.

Note: No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is faulty and under warranty. No returns or exchanges on items that are used, unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

SPC Physio Shop guarantees all products in accordance with the Manufacturer's Warranty, as long as the products have been used following the provided user instructions. These warranties cover both the components and materials used in making the product. Keep in mind that warranties won't apply to issues arising from improper usage, mistakes by the user, using the product beyond the manufacturer's specifications, or beyond its intended purpose. It's crucial to adhere to the maintenance and cleaning guidelines to maintain the validity of the warranties. If a purchaser identifies a faulty product within the warranty period, they should promptly contact Customer Service with details about the issue and provide the invoice information.
