The Neenca ROM Knee Brace uses double-sided adjustable locking hinges to control knee flexion and extension. The locking dials provide an adjustable range between -10° and 150°, allowing knee movement to be restricted according to the stage and requirements of rehabilitation.
Unlike a longer rigid-frame ROM brace, the Neenca uses a shorter hinged frame combined with a supportive fabric wrap. This provides useful ROM control while allowing greater functional movement, making it particularly suitable when a balance between support and everyday mobility is required.
